Shipping Policy – Front Row Biltong

 

  • Orders are shipped within 2–3 working days of purchase.

  • Please ensure your delivery address is correct. We cannot be held responsible for orders sent to an incorrect or outdated address. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will not be able to resend it.

  • Delivery acceptance: Please ensure that someone is available to receive your order. If a package is returned to us because it could not be delivered, we will not be able to resend it.

  • We use reliable couriers, but once a package has left our premises, we cannot control delays or issues outside our control.

  • Issues with your order: If your biltong arrives damaged, incorrect, or you have any other problem, please contact us at frontrowbiltong@gmail.com We’ll do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
